What personal data we collect and why

Contact form

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • The details/message you write

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about the services you’ve asked about. We do not use this data for any other purpose without asking you first.

Legal basis: We process this data based on your consent (you chose to submit the form) and/or our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries about our services.

Newsletter (coming soon)

Once our newsletter is live, if you sign up we will collect your email address (and possibly your name) in order to send you updates, tips, and announcements related to our services. You will always be able to unsubscribe using a link included in every email.

Legal basis: Your consent, given when you sign up.

(We haven’t finalized which newsletter platform we’ll use yet — for example, if we use Mailchimp, that provider’s privacy policy will also apply to how they process your email address on our behalf. We’ll update this section once that’s confirmed.)

Cookies

This website uses a small number of basic technical cookies needed for it to function correctly (for example, cookies that check whether your browser accepts cookies, and cookies that remember the site’s display language). These are not used for tracking, advertising, or analytics purposes, and they don’t collect personal data about you.

  • Contact form submissions: We keep the information you send us for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up (typically no longer than 12 months), unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
